When the blooming peach blossoms are over, the work of peach farmers will become more and more busy.
To nurture a sweet and respectable fruit, thinning work is indispensable. Actually, in the case of peach, the work has started from the buds that do not yet flower. It seems that this is called a picking. So the peach blossoms are slightly more plain than the ornamental peach blossoms.
