Forest that strengthens the mind and body



It became a refreshing fresh green season. On the first day of a sunny consecutive holiday, I walked the Shosenge gorge valley road. I heard that forest bathing walking while leaving the sound of water in the sunbeams through the sun leaves not only makes me refreshed but also enhances my body's immunity. Forest bathing is effective in activating natural killer cells that protect our bodies from various viruses.
And there were various discoveries in this walking path showing the facial expression every season.





















It is a road along the valley, please do not merely look into the flow, please enjoy the scenery of the mountain side. I guess that is the point of having a fun walk. You can get a lot of energy if you see a plant growing root in a hollow of flowers or rocks that are blooming in blooming vegetation.





When I got tired and hungry, I went to Mr. Sugawara shop of Nagao Bridge. I wanted to enjoy the fragrance of freshly brewed soba and got a simple brew. It has a smooth throat, it is as good as a fresh green but it is a body-friendly lunch.
Now, let 's care for your mind and body with a fresh green forest.
